Our June meeting was a busy one with an array of cakes and treats donated for our cake sale. Members ‘oohed and aahed’ over the many choices and each took home a delightful selection!
We were also visited by Sophie from mental heal charity Mind who gave a talk and Q&A session on the work the charity does to offer mental health services and support in Essex. It was a very interesting talk and we all learned a lot about the work they do.
