January Meeting – Sound Bath

21 January at 7:45 pm

Due to overwhelming interest in our upcoming sound bath event, and limited space in our hall, we regretfully have to make this a closed meeting. This meeting will only be open to WINK members and a list of named visitors. These visitors have been contacted directly either by email or Facebook messenger.

We apologise for any disappointment caused for those not able to attend. Please see the Attitude Wellbeing website for details of Rachel’s upcoming sound bath events: https://www.attitudewellbeing.co.uk/workshop-and-events

Join us as we welcome Rachel from Attitude Wellbeing who will guide us through a relaxing sound bath experience. Please bring something comfortable to lay on and some blankets to keep warm.

Please note the sound bath will involve you laying on the floor. Please bring with you a yoga mat, cushions, camping bed or lounger, anything that is comfortable for you to lay on and a blanket to keep you warm. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is recommended you also bring an eye mask, and some water in case you need a drink.

To find out more about what a sound bath is, please see below some information from Rachel’s website:

Sound healing is a powerful therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through techniques like singing bowls, tuning forks, and guided meditations, sound healing helps reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance mental clarity. By harmonizing the body’s energy, it fosters deep relaxation, improved sleep, and emotional balance.

Embrace sound healing to rejuvenate your mind and body, and experience a profound sense of peace and vitality. Discover the transformative benefits and elevate your overall wellness with the soothing power of sound.

Sound healing can be done as a standalone session, combined with another modality or you can attend a sound bath event. For details of my next soundbath event, please refer to my events and workshops page.

Visitors welcome, £5 entry, cash only, includes tea/coffee, raffle ticket, and our activities for the evening. Please bring your own mug for hot drinks.
Please note space for this meeting will be limited and priority will be given to members.
