Our April meeting was a busy one with our AGM and the voting in of a new committee, followed by a visit from Temprd Chocolate who gave us a talk about how they set up their chocolate making business. We talked all things chocolate and were even treated to some tasters!
It was fantastic to hear how a small local business is striving to make their mark whilst also being true to their values of ‘keeping it local’ wherever possible, maintaining sustainable practices and creating a range of outstanding products with real ‘wow’ factor.
Rob and Sonia spoke passionately about what they do and why they love it so much and we all had a great evening! We were joined by a few visitors too which added to the atmosphere. We are always happy to welcome visitors and members from other WIs, please come along!
